Description

Could you please add a method of WCS that would print the various parameters in a user-friendly format? This would be used during debugging to figure out what is in a Wcs object and to compare different Wcs objects.

This already exists: getFitsMetadata().toString().

I could implement some pretty format to output the Wcs params if there's a demand for it.

I would personally prefer that the Wcs class have its own dedicated method (e.g. "asString") instead of relying on the short but less-than-obvious solution suggested by KT. Of course it need do no more than the code KT suggested.

Since there is such an easy workaround I've lowered the priority.

I'm closing this. KT's correct that you can get the FITS representation of a Wcs object, and asking for more is really asking for internal information.
