From LSST Wiki Table of Contents

1) New users, email Iain Goodenow with the following information:

First and last name
Email
Phone number
Supervisor's name
Preferred user name

State whether you need access to any of the following:

Docushare
Mail exploder list membership(Mailman)
SVN repository
EA( Enterprise Architect) repository
Wiki/Trac

2) Send an email to Iain with the necessary information.

3) Iain will create the necessary accounts or he will forward the request to the appropriate person.
