Meetings to discuss algorithms

The goal of this meeting is to figure out what worked brilliantly, and what failed miserably, in DC2. We'd like to flesh out what's we're going to do for DC3, both in terms of deliverables and needed infrastructure.

Agenda items (in no particular order)

• Are Mask and MaskedImage what we need?
• Is VW a net win?
• What's the representation of a detection in memory (e.g. does it have a Footprint?)? On disk?

• What should we do about WCS field distortions (n.b. CFHT headers may not be WCS-standard compliant)
• Where do we get science-grade statistical algorithms (e.g. clipped means)
