Attendees: Martin, Russell, Gregory, Suzy, Andy C, Andy B, Simon, Tim, Robert, David W, Jim, Mike J

Gregory discussed the Pipeline Skeleton framework review held yesterday. KT covered the work he's done. The review showed that more design/decisions need to be made regarding coadds and the orchestration layer needs additional features. KT needs to roll out the framework in steps as more MW work is needed. Need to make sure the stage code not waiting on the MW code and visa-versa.

The design for the framework and notes from the review are at http://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/DC3bProcessingStages http://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/DM/SAT/DR-20100126-skeleton

RHL: When are we going to have to support applications pipeline? Not clear, soon, but this should not be taken as an excuse for inaction.

REO: Needs a new afw (tagged version 3.2.21 is broken?)

Is ip_isr passing its tests? Simon: Yes.

RHL: Is Tim still having trouble with astrometry? Yes; Fergal's looking at it.

Suzy: Status on getting DM stuff for Andy Connolly? Tim and Andy C. are talking. Got a lot of bugs out of images, Nicole is working on pushing them through ip_isr. Tim will post his requirements on simulations to lsst-data.

RHL: is a full focal plane available? AJC: One's appearing in  http://basov.physics.purdue.edu/lsst_sims/dc3b/instancecatalog_8/ and will be coming in the next week. Tim: Monet's working on the scale of a "sky tile"; c. ~ arcmin.

Action: RHL will talk to Dave Monet.

TSA: What are our plans for single frame processing? RHL: I expect to fit PSFs and calculate aperture corrections. TSA: I will be adding a new C++ class, but found things clumsy. We need a review. Who should present? Tim or RHL?

Will discuss all of meas algorithms.

AJC: Do we have jpg output? RHL: no; it's easy but we'd have to have to link in e.g. libjpg (and jpeg2000); png is larger. [File a ticket]

RHL: what should we use? AJC: I'd like jpeg2000, but it's a pain to work with. I'd prefer png to jpeg.
